What makes me come back to this Subway location is the customer service. No matter how busy it is, no matter what time of day it is, you are always greeted with a warm welcome. The customer service is fantastic. The sandwich artists are exactly that. One gentleman looks like he takes such pride in how he designs the salads that they are almost too pretty to eat. I feel that the employees make it a point to remember faces and orders which makes the customer feel special. I have gone to other Subways before, but always leave there not satisfied because no other Subway location has ever compared to the Subway location on Lakeside Blvd.

Excellent customer service, friendly warm subway franchise. I usually hate going in subway after getting home to realize my bread is hard as a brick. I never have to worry about that at this location. I hope this place continues to do what they are doing because they are rare.

I just had to comment on this Subway. I am truly impressed with this store. The place was spotless. When I looked down at the meats, cheeses and veggies, I couldn't believe it. Everything was fresh, clean and very neat. Additionally, the employees were extremely pleasant and they great you as soon as you enter the store. Keep up the good work!

I go here periodically, and the customer service is great. They treat you like your their only customer and that your order really does matter. I would come here everyday if I didn't have a change of taste once in a while. The best subway there is around.

Amazing sandwich shop' these guys are so friendly and fast i enjoy stopping in here once in a while. In this age of smarmy... Whiney young kids working in these places it's refreshing to get happy helpful people to take your order. These guys should do a seminar for mcdonalds' awesome'

Let me start off by saying that "I DESPISE Subways". I normally avoid them because of past experiences, lack of quality food and their strictly rationed portions of meat. Today I went to this subway because it was convenient and I was desperate for a quick lunch. WOW! Cleanest subway I think I have EVER been to. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and like other reviewers have noted, they greet you "loud and proud" as soon as you walk in. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and agility of the workers behind the counter. They moved with great effort and efficiency. At one point in time I almost thought I was at a hibachi Japanese steak house as the assembly line of sandwich makers added a touch of "Flair" to their work. Most Impressed. The sandwich itself wasn't anything spectacular only because, well, its Subway franchise food. There's not much that they can improve on other than breaking away from the franchise and starting their own deli (HINT HINT). If these guys opened up a traditional Italian deli the line would be out the door and around the corner. Anyways if the traditional subway food is up your alley then you would really appreciate this restaurant for their staff and cleanliness. 5 out of 5 stars.

I just had to write a review for my favorite subway store!!! I just had a bad experience at another subway closer to my home (which I wrote a review about), so I thought I would let everyone know about this great location too!! This location wins awards for their service and they proudly display them in the store!! As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a bright smile and a "welcome to subway"!!! Everyone is friendly and smiles at you. My husband and I are "regulars", so they always ask about one of us if we aren't together! As I stated in my review of the other location, I will only come to this store...the other one is closer to my home, but I will be passing it up to come to where I am appreciated!! This Lakeside store owner also owns the new one at Metrocentre and they have the same level of customer service coupled with a genuine smile!!

Pros: - Friendly and attuned to customer service - Fresh Bread Cons: - Often only have one option for cookies There's not much you can say about a subway since it's a franchise and all the food is the same, but what I will say about this subway is that they are very customer service oriented. The owner is very pleasant and often remembers people and acts really pleased to see you, which we appreciate. If you have choice between two subways we recommend you choose this one.
